If you're looking for a place to play volleyball where you know college coaches will see you and you know you will be promoted, look no further than TK Volleyball.
For those who wish to play volleyball after their U18 season, college is the only option other than pickup games with friends or adult leagues in the city. However, the recruiting process is fraught with tripwires and booby-traps. Trying to navigate it alone without a road map would be difficult, if not impossible. However, at TK Volleyball we will work tirelessly to ensure that you're not just seen - you're actively promoted.
We have a dedicated recruiting coordinator who communicates constantly with colleges and universities all over the country talking up and promoting our athletes.
We also offer day-to-day guidelines, recruiting tools, and information on how to promote yourself - which is key to winning the recruiting game.
The Recruiting Process
In today's competitive athletic world, it is never too early to start the recruiting process!
Having said that, all the talent and athletic ability in the world means little or nothing if you can't make the grades. Failing to qualify academically will derail your college aspirations faster than pretty much anything else. With this in mind, the first thing you should do is meet with your high school guidance counselor and let them know of your desire to play college volleyball. They will help you stay in line with the core courses required by the NCAA and help you understand the academic requirements of most NCAA institutions.
You will also have to take the SAT or ACT. Most students find they do better if they take these tests twice. When you are ready, schedule your first test - but try to do so during a time that will not conflict with your high school or club seasons as most of these standardized tests are given on Saturdays.
From a volleyball standpoint, you need to train hard and play with, and against, the best competition and with the best coaches available to you. TK Volleyball has some of the best coaches in the state of Georgia and plays in some of the most competitive tournaments in the country.
